Patti has extensive experience in pediatric physical therapy working in a wide array of venues to provide support to children and their families. She has over 40 years of experience, of which over 30 of those years includes starting many pediatric programs in four states including but not limited to outpatient pediatric and adult services, school-based programs, early intervention programs, and more. Her background is in Infant Family Studies and creating services that ensure that all parents and caregivers are equal partners in this journey is the key to any child's ultimate success. Patti will serve both as a physical therapist and Help Me Grow Pediatric Rehab Services' Chief Executive Officer.
Hannah has extensive experience in Human Resources, Insurance Practices, Staff Development, Business Management, Board Development, and is the MacGyver at solving any and all problems that a new and existing business may face. She has built a reputation for integrity and not only deals with the business and personnel aspects of services, she also received her certificate as a provider working with children with disabilities in the community. Hannah has been instrumental in ensuring that Help Me Grow Pediatric Rehab Services is compliant with all aspects of service delivery. Through her efforts, Help Me Grow is ready to open their doors and build a non-profit program that will be sustainable over time to meet the needs of children and provide support for their families. Hannah enjoys adventures with her 2 kids, playing with her dogs and spending every chance she gets at the lake. Hannah will serve as the Chief Operations Officer.
Sam Lewis is a skilled occupational therapist with a special interest in pediatrics and assistive technology. He earned his masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 2018. He currently enjoys teaching courses in the Assistive Technology Graduate certificate program at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining the Help Me Grow team Sam was an occupational therapist in a school setting where he worked with students from 4-22 years old. Sam grew up in seacoast New Hampshire and currently lives in Dover with his wife and daughter. In his free time you can often find him at the beach, eating ice cream or playing in the garden.
Jenn joins us from Seattle, where she has lived since earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine. She became a licensed PTA in 2017, and has extensive pediatric experience in outpatient therapy, school-based services, and aquatics. For the past five years she has also provided hippotherapy at one of the largest therapeutic riding centers in the U.S.
Ready for a new adventure and a return to the East Coast, Jenn was excited to discover Help Me Grow, particularly after meeting the other members of our team. She is eager to get to know our patients and to work alongside their families and caregivers.
When not at the clinic, Jenn is busy exploring Dover and the seacoast area. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, nature photography, cooking, and training her rescue dog Tilly.
Justin will be much more than our Rehab Aide. He has many skills and has been a part of many pediatric initiatives. He has been an Odyssey of the Mind Coach with children of all ages. He was a rehab aide in a pediatric clinic, an assistant in both hippotherapy and aquatics therapy, and has been around individuals with disabilities his whole life. Having been a manager for over 15 years in a fast-food restaurant, he is also skilled at making sure our business is compliant with all entities including OSHA. He is extremely creative and has experience supporting therapists in designing and producing visual aides necessary for children with a wide array of needs.

Heidi is thrilled to be a part of the therapeutic team at Help Me Grow! She is excited to integrate her experience as an early childhood educator, Applied Behavior Analysis therapist, and long-time school-based occupational therapist, as she works with clients. She is passionate about facilitating the process of learning and development and is eager for the chance to collaborate with families to support work on meaningful life skills. Heidi has a creative spirit, a problem-solver, and loves to get involved in projects of all shapes and sizes. She is currently living in Maine with her family in a tiny house that she built with love and much hard work, alongside her husband. In her free time, she can be found enjoying music, adventurous cooking projects, gardening, and getting outside in the sunshine!
